Ford ACE Certifications

The Ford Automotive Career Exploration (ACE) program is designed to provide students with a comprehensive introduction to the automotive industry. Throughout the Automotive Courses, students will earn certifications that are recognized and transferable to Ford and Lincoln dealerships. This partnership between Ford Motor Company, dealerships, and educational institutions not only enhances students’ technical skills but also prepares them for rewarding careers as service technicians. By participating in the ACE program, students gain valuable insights and hands-on experience, making them well-equipped to thrive in the automotive field.

ASE Entry-Level Certification

As part of our automotive program, students have the opportunity to earn Entry-Level Certifications from the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE). These certifications serve as a valuable first step in building a career in the automotive service industry. The ASE Entry-Level certification tests assess students’ knowledge in various areas, including automobile service, collision repair, and medium/heavy-duty trucks. Importantly, these tests do not require prior hands-on work experience, making them accessible to all students nearing the completion of their studies. Upon passing the tests, students receive industry-recognized credentials that are valid for two years, enhancing their employability and demonstrating their commitment to excellence in automotive service.

Our automotive program is proud to be ASE Accredited, which signifies that it meets the high standards set by the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence. This accreditation ensures that our curriculum, facilities, and instructional methods are aligned with industry best practices, providing students with a quality education that prepares them for successful careers in automotive service. By choosing an ASE Accredited program, students can be confident that they are receiving training that is recognized and respected by employers in the automotive industry.
